Brian G. Klein practices in the area of labor and employment law. Brian graduated Hofstra Law School in 2010 with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, and was the recipient of both the Deborah Sloyer Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial and Appellate Advocacy, as well as the Moot Court Board’s 2010 award for Most Outstanding Individual Oralist. As a student, Brian twice represented Hofstra Law in the Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Law National Moot Court Competition and volunteered with the Unemployment Action Center as a student advocate. In addition to his work at Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, Brian serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra Law School. Brian is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
