Claudia N. Wernick has joined our firm as Counsel in the New York office.  Since graduating from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1992, she has practiced in the fields of general corporate law and civil litigation and has represented clients in a variety of industries.  In addition, Claudia was formerly Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Antigenics Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, advising on legal and strategic business initiatives common to the life sciences industry.  Her expertise also includes corporate governance matters and the corporate compliance requirements mandated by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Claudia is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
