Jesse Grasty has practiced labor and employment law since his admission to the New York Bar in 2007.  Jesse’s responsibilities include drafting position statements, pleadings, covenants, agreements, offer letters, releases and employee manuals.  Jesse is the co-author of the firm’s bi-monthly employment law newsletter, which is published nationally.

Prior to joining Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, P.C., Jesse attended St. John's University School of Law, where he received the St. Thomas More academic scholarship.  Jesse attended the University of Michigan where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and U.S. History and was the Head Manager for the men's basketball team.  In addition to his admission to the New York Bar, Jesse is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
