Joshua A. Marcus

Joshua A. Marcus has been practicing labor and employment law since he graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997. During his last three years in private practice, he has advised and represented clients in litigation concerning employment discrimination, sexual harassment, employee benefits, and related matters. Joshua has worked on cases that have been cited in the New York Law Journal. Additionally, he has co-authored an article for the New York Law Journal concerning the Americans With Disabilities Act, as well as authoring a note for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Joshua is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
