Michael S. Mosscrop graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2000 with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law, and Hofstra Law School in 2003 where he was the recipient of The Judge Edward Hart Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and The Citation of Excellence in Advocacy and Litigation Courses.

Since his admission to the New York Bar in 2004 his practice has focused on all areas of personal injury litigation, including matters involving medical and dental malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, laser hair removal negligence, products liability, pharmaceutical negligence and various other general negligence matters.  He has represented countless victims of personal injury and has trial and appellate experience throughout New York State involving all types of personal injury matters.

Michael also concentrates his practice on collection and judgment enforcement proceedings, appeals, estate administrations and real estate and commercial litigation matters involving business and contractual transactions and disputes.

Michael is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and American Bar Association.  He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
