MICHAEL S. MOSSCROP has been practicing general civil litigation since he graduated from Hofstra Law School in 2003, where he was the recipient of The Judge Edward Hart Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and The Citation of Excellence in Advocacy and Litigation Courses.

Since his admission to the New York Bar in 2004 he has concentrated his practice in the field of personal injury, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, labor law violations, products liability, pharmaceutical negligence and various other general negligence matters.

Michael also specializes in appellate work, estate administrations and real estate and commercial litigation matters involving business and contractual transactions and disputes.

Michael is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and American Bar Association.  He is also admitted to practice law in the United Sates District Court for the Eastern and South Districts of New York.
