Brian G. Klein
Brian G. Klein’s practice focuses on counseling management and human resource professionals on varied labor and employment law issues, as well as litigating labor and employment law matters before federal and state courts and various administrative agencies.
While in law school, Brian twice represented Hofstra Law in the Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Law National Moot Court Competition and volunteered with the Unemployment Action Center as a student advocate. Brian was the recipient of both the Deborah Sloyer Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial and Appellate Advocacy, as well as the Moot Court Board’s award for Most Outstanding Individual Oralist.
In addition to his work at Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, Brian serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra Law School. Brian is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
