Troy A. Pacella is an associate at Franklin, Gringer, Cohen & Mosscrop P.C., where he focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, complex commercial disputes, and defense-side civil litigation. He represents employers and businesses in state and federal courts throughout New York.

Before joining Franklin, Gringer, Cohen & Mosscrop P.C., Troy practiced at a national law firm, representing corporate clients in high-exposure civil matters. That experience gave him a strong foundation in defending claims involving significant financial and operational risk and informs his pragmatic, results-oriented approach to litigation.

Troy also advises and defends employers in disputes arising from workplace policies, compensation practices, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with clients from the earliest stages of a dispute through resolution, helping them evaluate risk, develop strategy, and pursue efficient outcomes aligned with their business objectives.

Troy graduated from University at Albany in 2017 with a degree in Economics, and Touro Law Center in 2021 where he received The Cali Award in Intellectual Property.
