Jasmine Y. Patel
Jasmine Y. Patel primarily focuses her practice on counseling management and human resource professionals on varied labor and employment law issues, as well as litigating labor and employment law matters before federal and state courts and various administrative agencies, including before the Departments of Labor and Division of Human Rights. Jasmine also assists companies with union matters, including arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations.
Jasmine is a graduate of Douglas College of Rutgers University where she received a Rutgers National Scholarship and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. She is also a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of International Business and Law and the Moot Court Board.
Jasmine is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
