Jasmine Y. Patel is a partner at the firm and primarily focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment law matters before federal and state courts and various administrative agencies, including before the Departments of Labor and Division of Human Rights. She also counsels management and human resource professionals on varied labor and employment law issues and assists companies with union matters, including arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations.
Jasmine is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Jasmine is a graduate of Douglas College of Rutgers University where she received a Rutgers National Scholarship and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. She is also a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of International Business and Law and the Moot Court Board.
Jasmine has been involved in providing the firm’s law updates and presenting sexual harassment prevention trainings and continuing legal and accounting seminars. She is a certified faculty member for NACLE.
