His broad experience in labor & employment includes wage & hour class actions, traditional labor, non-compete, executive compensation and discrimination. He has served as the lead counsel for dozens of wage & hour class actions for clients in the hospitality, financial services, construction, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare industries.
Prior to Franklin, Gringer & Cohen P.C., Michael was a partner at several large national law firms in their New York City offices.
