Martin Gringer, one of the founders of Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, P.C., is pleased to announce his availability to serve as a mediator in employment discrimination cases and wage and hour disputes:
I have practiced labor and employment law for many years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and participated in hundreds of mediations. I believe that I can assist parties in reaching mutually advantageous resolutions of their cases. Litigation has become too expensive and time consuming for all involved. Mediation offers the parties an opportunity to reach a quicker and less expensive result. A good mediator must not only be familiar with the law but with the practical aspects of litigation. The mediator must be able to assess the pros and cons of each side’s position and communicate that assessment to the parties in an objective and credible way in order to reach a settlement.
